Please ensure that you have read and fully understood Dragonfly Skin’s Terms of Use and Booking T&C’s prior to booking any treatment. By booking an appointment you are accepting Dragonfly Skin’s Terms.

      2. No Show Protection
        • When securing an appointment with Dragonfly Skin, we will take a 50% deposit via a card payment – the card details will be saved on your account – For more information on how this is securely stored please see the Security section of our Privacy Policy.
        • These deposits are taken in the event that you break our stated terms, and so incur the fees stated in our terms and conditions.
        • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. If there is a delay in paying the deposit, your appointment slot may be allocated to somebody else. A booking will not be held for you without the deposit.
      3. Cancellation Policy
        • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (spa opening days only Tuesday – Saturday) if you wish to reschedule your appointment free of charge – your deposit will then be transferred to the new date.
          If, for any reason, you are not able to reschedule your appointment and require to fully cancel your booking, please contact us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and we will issue the deposit refund. Please allow a few days for the deposit to be back on your card.
          *** Please note that we reserve the right to keep your deposit if the cancellation request is sent to us later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
          In case of late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no-shows the deposit will not be returned.

          Deposit policy:
          We require a 50% deposit for all services booked at the time of booking. We reserve to cancel any appointments that are not secured with the deposit without prior notice.

      4. Pregnancy
        • Pregnant woman can of course receive many treatments as long it is not in the first trimester (12 weeks). Some treatments may require the client’s General Practitioner or Midwife’s consent prior to treatment.
      5. Refunds
        • Our treatments are carried out by qualified therapists and our intent is for each customer to be satisfied; we do not offer refunds for services received.
      6. Client Consultation Form
        • All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Consultation form before any treatments. Failure to do so will result in us refusing to perform your treatments. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead.
      7. Vouchers Terms and Conditions
        • Availability of vouchers. Vouchers can be purchased on our website www.dragonflyskin.com or in-store Dragonfly Skin Ltd First Floor, Central Arcade, LS1 6DX, Leeds. We may amend the range of available vouchers at any time without prior notice.
        • Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. The vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. Unused balance will not be refunded or transferred towards any service after the expiry date.
        • Multiple use vouchers. Vouchers can be redeemed multiple times until the value of the voucher is fully used.
        • Refunds. Vouchers are not refundable, except in accordance with your statutory rights, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
        • Voucher redemption. Vouchers can be redeemed in person or by phone only. Redeeming vouchers online is currently unavailable. Services need to be booked in advance – a valid voucher code needs to be provided at the time of booking and at checkout. Vouchers can only be redeemed on the services and treatments that are available at Dragonfly Skin Day Spa at the time of booking. Retail products cannot be purchased with a voucher. Gift vouchers can be used for services of a higher value, the difference will be payable with other form of payment – credit or debit card or cash. Only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
        • Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. Hard copy vouchers that are in any way damaged, defaced, or altered will not be accepted.
        • Cancellations of services booked with a voucher. Standard cancellation terms and conditions apply to any appointment booked with a voucher – in case of a late cancellation we will charge 50% value of the service booked and 100% of a service booked in case of a no-show. The respective amount will be taken off the voucher used at the time of booking. Dragonfly Skin Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
