- No Show Protection
- When securing an appointment with Dragonfly Skin, your card payment details will be saved – For more information on how this is securely stored please see the Security section of our Privacy Policy.
- These details are taken in the event that you break our stated terms, and so incur the fees stated in our terms and conditions.
- Bookings are not confirmed until details of chosen payment card is taken. If there is a delay in providing these details, your appointment slot may be allocated to somebody else. A booking will not be held for you without card details.
- Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- When cancelling or rescheduling in less than 24 hours of the appointment 50% of the service amount will be chargeable.
- When you do not show up to the reserved & agreed upon appointment 100% of service amount will be chargeable.
- Pregnancy
- Pregnant woman can of course receive many treatments as long it is not in the first trimester (12 weeks). Some treatments may require the client’s General Practitioner or Midwife’s consent prior to treatment.
- Refunds
- Our treatments are carried out by qualified therapists and our intent is for each customer to be satisfied; we do not offer refunds for services received.
- Client Consultation Form
- All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Consultation form before any treatments. Failure to do so will result in us refusing to perform your treatments. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead.
