I enjoy getting my back scratched and she was able to do that for me, which was something I’d always wanted in a massage. My experience started even before I arrived – I was delayed due to a late train, and when I called ahead, the receptionist Jonathan was incredibly kind and reassuring, telling me not to worry and that they’d be ready for me whenever I got there. That really helped ease my stress. The spa itself is beautiful – very modern, peaceful, and spotless. The atmosphere there was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel instantly at ease. My massage therapist Abi was fantastic. The Swedish massage was deeply relaxing, especially the work she did on my back and hands – I could feel the tension melting away.
