Immerse yourself in a Thai-inspired body ritual, performed on a comfortable treatment bed and enriched with aromatic oils. Drawing on traditional Thai massage techniques, our skilled therapists incorporate rhythmic stretching, flowing movements, firm pressure and acupressure-inspired touch to create a deeply calming and immersive experience.
This carefully paced ritual invites the body to unwind while encouraging a sense of lightness, ease and quiet restoration, leaving you feeling relaxed, centred and beautifully cared for.
Your experience begins with a short consultation, where your therapist asks about any areas of tension and your preferred pressure. You'll then settle onto a comfortable, heated treatment bed as warm aromatic oils are applied. Your therapist works through a flowing sequence drawn from traditional Thai techniques - gentle rhythmic stretches to open the body, acupressure-inspired pressure along key points, and smooth, deliberate movements that ease tension from the shoulders, back and legs. The pressure is adjusted to you throughout, from soothing to firm. Your ritual closes with a few quiet moments of rest, letting the sense of ease settle before you return to the city feeling relaxed, loose and restored. Sessions last 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes.
Traditional Thai massage is done fully clothed on a floor mat. Ours brings the same stretching and pressure-point techniques to a heated treatment bed with oils - ideal if you want the benefits of Thai techniques with the comfort of a spa massage.
Nothing special - as with our other oil-based massages, you'll undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped throughout.
Not at all. Stretching is a big part, but Thai massage also includes deep pressure and rhythmic movements to release muscle tension and boost circulation. It’s a full-body experience, not just a stretch session.
